Unable to join NFS unbound online from garage menu PS5

Every time I try to play need for speed unbound online it doesn’t let me load into a game lobby. The loading screen will allow me to progress to the garage where i can upgrade my vehicles and buy new...

@JudyRacingMy PS5 isn’t in performance mode that’s the thing. It’s in game default. Thanks for trying to help though

@Wildeth1ng06 Was you able to ever figure out what was wrong?I'm having the same issue for days now...been on the phone with EA and Playstation and nothing has changed. I've tried everything I know!
