I have two possibilities on what could be causing the issue.
1. Game won't give the cars when NEAR max car limit, I wasn't at max car limit but the game wouldn't give the cars to me, deleting cars would fix it but idk where the threshold for this to happen is.
2. Game won't give cars when owning multiple free cars, could be that the game thinks there are duplicates or something but idk
I'm thinking more likely it's the first one, and whoever here that has ran into this issue should at least get the cars that we have extracted with, even if it takes a while
I downsized my inventory to 96 cars online and 183 in total. Right at this moment, I extracted the Bull car and it’s not showing up in my inventory. It’s checked in my contracts, no problems with that side. I don’t have any 0$ car anymore.
I’m really fed up, to take our money, there are any problems!
@8f372f0aaf6b9c5d lower the number of cars you have in singleplayer as well, not just multiplayer, I'm sure it's that the game thinks that your at max limit even though your not actually there...
And it's turning it into cash as a result...
I’m currently trying that solution. I don’t need in game money since have already 13 000 000… Lockdown and Unbound are more generally good but there are many little bugs…

I have 35 mil on my alt (Hindune) and 16 mil on my main (Doryzzkendy) and have been playing since EARLY ACCESS WITH THE PALACE EDITION so I definitely have ran into my fair share of bugs
I have the same bug and I have 198 cars 9 in the Police garage, 1 in Singleplayer and 188 in Multiplayer so I am under 200 cars and I did the same thing by getting to a lockup and claiming the car and extract it but it didnt give me the car
@Michael-S-YT lower the number of cars in multiplayer, the game thinks that your at/over max, I'd say go down to at least 175 total cars overall
I dont think thats the problem I can get Speedpass cars with no problem and I got a contract custom DB5 with no problem so the problem is these lockup cars dont appear in the garage after being the first to collect them
@Michael-S-YT that was the same with me, I got Elenore's car from the contracts while I was unable to get Razor's M3, getting rid of some cars has made it possible for me to get the Hot rides from the lockdown mode

@Michael-S-YT that might be true but it's what work for me to be able to get the Blacklist cars from the lockdown gamemode, even though I haven't gotten the Rap sheet cars, deleting cars to drop the total had allowed me to gain them, it's a possible fix to the issue (My thinking is that the game THINKS that your at max limit even though your not, being so many cars away from the cap makes them game turn the Hot rides you extracted with into cash and not give them to you as a result, idk where this "threshold" for this bug to happen is but my best guess would be 175 cars total)
They could just raise the cap to 250 or 300 one of NFS most liked instagram post comments on Volume 8 where about raising the cap and I would love to see a higher cap I am not missing many cars and I could potentially own every car in the game if they raise it to 300
Something needs to change there have been so many cars added after launch so that its time to raise the cap
If the game thinks I am at the cap they need to raise the cap so that the bug is gone
@Michael-S-YT I 100% agree with ya, I originally had one copy of every single car, but due to a certain bug I had to delete a bunch of cars, and now I've had to do it again, the cap is a annoying thing that we have to deal with, even worse when you include the 100 wrap limit, can't wrap over 100 cars is stupid, especially when even just changing the colour counts as a wrap
