Hi all, I am having this exact same issue. However for me so far it seems to be with the Regera only.
Found it 3x times and extracted all 3 but did not had it in my garage.
It is not someone else's car so not jacked or impounded as I paid the 100k for it every time.
With every other car i extracted it is al fine and it shows in my garage but not the Regera.
Reported that twice to the support:
- 1st time my report was just closed.
- 2nd I was told that they cannot give me the car ot unlock it for me to buy as i still haven't cmpleted teh challenge. The best thing that they offered was $12500 bank, which is a joke.
On my 3rd attempt I am not even going to report it.
Hopefully it will work the next time.
An update on this, i have found the Regera yet again and yet again after extracting it is not in my garage. Has anyone succesfully extracted it at all?
have the same issue like everyone else here, just extracted Big Lou's Eclipse, it says 'Completed' but i don't have the car in my garage...
So, if you have 200+ cars (online and offline combined), then you can't get any rewarded cars from this. So to make sure this wasn't the case for me, I looked it up and made very sure I had less than 200 cars. The problem still persisted, so I have no clue what to do.
Same here. I have extracted the custom mustang gt and the custom Nissan skyline but they are not in my garage. I was also missing the last blacklist car (jv) that I extracted and didn't appear in the garage. I did get the legendary m3 though, so the issue is with the cars that we extract
