Unable to receive the Razor’s Custom M3 GTR

I play on PS5. I have successfully extracted the Razors Custom M3 GTR from the lock up in the new LOCKDOWN mode and after extracting and loading back into the garage, I was not rewarded the Razors Custom M3 GTR that I just extracted. I also have the EA Play subscription active and have multiple copies of the BMW M3 GTR LE in my garage. Could it be that I have multiple copies of the car that I was rewarded? Because other people that also have the EA Play subscription and own the car in their garage have received the Razors M3 GTR from the lockdown mode.
