EA Staff (Retired)Hi @HaL_carmine, Try backing out to the main menu and confirming you don't get any further errors about saving. If not, close Unbound and relaunch.

Have any changes been made? No matter how many times I go back and forth between the main menu and online, I don't see any improvement.
Even after repeated reboots, there is no change. My banner art remains fixed and my title remains "Rookie".
