Unable to see friend in NFS Unbound

I am unable to add a specific friend of mine through Unbound, when I search them, it acts like their account does not exist. Same for my friends PC, when he searched for me I briefly appeared, then d...

    Hey @7683d9wsw5x7 

    Can you friend try searching for your EA ID (on the EA account you have linked to Xbox) in their EA App? 

    If you don't appear you may both want to check your privacy settings https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/privacy/index to see if either are blocked or if you have settings enabled to would be hiding you from being discovered. (you might want to also check the Xbox account and console settings)

    If they can see you try having him add you as a friend, the seeing if you appear in-game.

Yeah my privacy settings are open, as is my NAT type. I’m just trying to play a game with a friend. Never expected it to be this complex of an issue.

      Sure, 

      xbox gamer tag is ItBeCookieTime 

      Pc EA ID is 0860cd3ffe34125e 

      Not sure if it’s needed but the PC players gamer tag on the Xbox app is DieOrLiveFor2
