Unbound won't launch after vol.7 - PC/EA app

Game bought, installed on PC through EA App. Had issues where it launched well but got stuck when started playing store mode.
Had some tshooting steps provided by EA support, none worked and no it is not even launching. As soon as I launch the game, it takes me back to EA app.

When you have a moment can we try the following if you have not?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Perform a clean boot of your PC to disable background tasks that may be interfering with your game.

these steps are already performed with EA Support agent including GPU update, verify installation files, MS Visual C++ Redist versions and re installations.
I have reinstalled the game 3 times already but no luck. Other games I play are working fine, seems like some settings need changes to run this game which I am not aware of.
