Vehicle decal error

Hello, I encountered this malignant error after the Vol.9 update and it often recurs on different cars

I have tried reinstalling the decal, but it cannot take effect for a long time

At first, I thought it was too many layers that caused the error

But using vehicle decals with few layers in the community can also result in semi transparent errors
