Very poor performance after Vol. 8 latest update

As mentioned in the title, Sudden performance issues after the latest update.

I was getting consistent 80 fps before the update on 1080p maxed out settings with no upsampling. Now i get 40 - 50 fps on same settings.

Need help with this issue.
