Hello, for some time now I have a problem with saving in NFS Unbound when I am in the menu I see the words 150 level and that I have completed the pass but when I enter the story mode or online the game wants me to select a character and car which I did not do. Reinstalling does not work nor does repairing the EA app. Is it possible to load progress from the past or somehow fix it. Because I feel sorry for those 618 hours.
There was no message, only after entering the game what was on the screen, none of my cars were shown only Mercedes ASAP, and after entering the story or online the game wanted to create a new character. So after some time when I can't find a solution I saved the files from that moment (cache, crash, save etc.) and for now I don't know what to do, because I doubt I will find on any forum how to fix it because it seems to me that it is a problem with the game itself, files or something like that. I also wrote to support but it seems to me that I would have to send someone these files from support because in other words I doubt that it will be possible to fix it... I think
So, I have a few save files, I've dug through my entire computer over the past few days and I have save files from 06-08-16.08, when I try to load the game from these files the game immediately crashes or there's an infinite loading screen - it varies. Same with the 08.05 file. I also created a new save and this is where it gets funny. Level 150, money on the account 10 million +/- is mine because I remember well but... from 110 cars became 50 and completely different ones that I didn't even have. I had almost all achievements except: escape on level 2 of searching (I had 25), PVP races (I had 34) and of course those from the new update, they are reset. I won't mention the vinyls, 40 +/- extended ones made by myself, they are also not there even though they are in the "wraps" file (I even put a few on the NFS Polska website "https://nfspolska.pl/profile/5748/showroom") to confirm. In addition, when I enter the session, I drive for a while and it throws me to the lobby (problem with joining the session) or as I mentioned earlier, a total crash after which I see my desktop. So at the moment I can't play normally (preventing you, yes, I clicked the option to repair the game and applications, my computer meets the requirements even more, I also did reinstallations, I even tried to repair these files using AI but so far nothing, although I will try again. So what? I'm worried that I may not make it before Volume 9 (if I will be able to play it at all due to the crashes) and those lost over 600h
Yeah i recived a message that "save cloud was corrupted" what should i do to recover my progress if the lvl still visible

To confirm from your last message, you found an older save file that had only about 50 cars instead of 110 and is missing other progress (cash amount, etc) and will crash if you tried to load it?
If so it sounds like the save might have become corrupted. To check do you use any mods with NFS Unbound?

Do you remember if you had the option to use your local file instead of the cloud one after you received a message it was corrupted?
Nope , i didnt have tehe option to use mi local file , i try offline game too because i am in pc and still i couldm't use my local file
Otherwise, I found a save file that should contain my old save (110 cars and unlocked achievements), when I try to start it the game crashes. And the save that has 50 cars is a newly created one in which there are no achievements and the cars are mixed. (I read on some forum that the level and money are assigned to the account and it is not possible to remove it). But in both situations the crash occurs (on the old save immediately and on the new one a moment after entering the session). Before you know - no message about damaged files is displayed, I do not use or have used any modifications, I acquired everything legally
EA Staff (Retired)It sounds like in both cases your save file may have become corrupt. Do you remember if anything was different about the last time you shut down Unbound? (Did it crash, did you close out while you were connected to something or while it was loading, etc)
