If you had any uncompleted progress (locked items) you would need to purchase the dynamic catch up packs to unlock that content, however anything unlocked during the Speed Pass will stay on your account.
I completed the full season vol 7 to the end. And now vol 8. Started I'm getting a error code F03. The last thing I did was buy the BMW m2 2023 and now this problem started.

A temporary work around for this issue if you have any DLC/ Packs installed is to uninstall one of them, reload in and this should resync the inventory. Launch the game and go to free roam. If this works, then close off everything and install the DLC again and it should work from then on.
The error code F03 is something the team is aware of.

I have un-installed everything one by one and reinstalled them I go into free roam and that's that message it give me. I wasn't able to by anything change paint or change item on any vehicle. I finally was able to delete cars and deleted the last car I bought which was the BMW m2 2023 and now I have access to my garage and able to get on free roam. Do I believe it has something to fo with certain cars when there purchased.
