Can we try the following, and then check if your unlocks appear?
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Check for console updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type

I play on my pc through the xbox app, i have restarted my app and pc multiple time nothing works.

Thanks for the update and apologies your original post had mentioned the Xbox Series X!
In that case, can we try the following?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Hi @ittscammmmm, To confirm if you play an EA game via the Xbox client you will need to link your Xbox account to an EA account and use the EA app with it.
If you do not have the EA app installed this can cause issues with installation and launching games.
