Thanks for the update and apologies your original post had mentioned the Xbox Series X!
In that case, can we try the following?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

@EA_Illium i dont have the ea app on my pc i play through the xbox app on my pc.
- EA_IlliumHi @ittscammmmm, To confirm if you play an EA game via the Xbox client you will need to link your Xbox account to an EA account and use the EA app with it.
If you do not have the EA app installed this can cause issues with installation and launching games.- @EA_Illium I do have it linked, i play on cloud gaming via the xbox app and if go to the store in nfs to purchase the pack it shows i already purchased it which i did 2 weeks ago at this point.
