We could not activate Need for Speed Unbound on this computer

Whenever i try to play Need For Speed Unbound which i got yesterday on boosteroid (cloud gaming service) I always get "

We could not activate Need for Speed Unbound on this computer using the EA Account you provided" I changed my password I set up 2FA on my account and it still shows that i already did everything and i still get that error i have other EA games i play on boosteroid and i don't get that error on other games just only need for speed unbound

    Take into account that if you are trying to play with a Cloud Gaming System, that can conflict with the EA app and create some incompatibilities.

    If you use this type of service because your PC doesn't meet the Minimum Requirements, there's nothing we can do. If your PC can run the game without the necessity of this system, then we recommend you launch the game without using it.

  • same problem. i got this thing too when i was playing just fine this afternoon and when i wanna play again in night time, this message pops up. I have already typed in the correct credentials as well. Plus, I launched the game through only the EA app or through Steam. Any fix or solution to this?

    i have a same problem with my nfs unbound that i bought from EA app, when i try to load it up, it show a failure to load that says "We could not activate Need for Speed Unbound on this computer using EA Account you provided" and actually, i'm not using any gaming cloud system either, can EA Answer HQ lead me up, step by step to fix my problem because i'm not that used to technical or sofware term and i afraid i losing my save data

    To check do you own a copy of NFS Unbound, or access the game via a subscription like EA Play? 

    Also can we try the following and then check if the message continues?

  • @EA_IlliumThis actually help me in my case with Vol. 7 Update, looks like the cache gets corrupted, after clearing it game just open like always 🙂

  • I have tried all of the following methods and i am still getting the window to activate my game. This has been happening only today after vol.7 update. i was able to play yesterday after the update but today this issue has started. can you help me out? Playing on PC btw

    I'm having this issue too. Can someone please sort this out? The fixes listed here are not working.

  • EA is a joke and a half. We are more likely to get struck by lightning than get actual help from EA. EA told me they are aware of the problem and are working "HARD" on the issue and we have to wait and check the forums, blah, blah, blah. People posting videos left and right and we can't even play the Vol.7 update. They should give out free cars or refunds for the game since this has been an issue since the game has released. EA is the worst gaming company known to man. 

  • bruv have you tried to play the game after 24 hrs as i also have this error yesterday i played fine but today idk what happened its giving me the error

    i went on boosteroid support page they said denovo games are limited to 5 pcs only before they can be played again after 24 hrs

    when you wrote this issue after this were you still able to play the game as normal after a day or two or still the error??
