When friend list screen appear then ‎can't press any keys to continues the game

Summarize your bug Nothing on the map even the racing event in the prologue of nfs unbound palace edition, no way to continue everytime return to the garage and it's appear friends list screen then game freezing can't press any keys to continues.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the first race in the prologue and return to garage
What happens when the bug occurs? Appear friends list screen and can't press any keys to continues
What do you expect to see? Disappear the friends list screen when everytime return to garage

EA need to fix this problem for PC user platfrom, I bought this game on DEC 2022 and report to EA support for 4 months but no useful advise at all, just keep telling me to check all software update, my softwares are up to date so is no reason to say my pc and software got problems.
