Is there anyone who has experienced this?
I play on low settings so I can't really comment on the texture quality being low unfortunately, for me the issue is the stickers and wraps turning black on the right side of cars, been reported so many times and it always gets ignored. I've made a post about it here before as well. We're headed towards the final update and this is still a huge issue

Ultra or low doesn't matter, how come you don't see or notice the white dots around the DHL text? I can see it just by looking at the pictures you posted.
As for your problem, if you are playing on PC, delete the files under Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\SaveGame\wraps and it will be solved. It will be loaded again from the cloud.Doesn't fix a damned thing. It always comes back whenever you re-apply more than one car with your wraps. It's a game breaking bug.
