WRAP BUG: Entire right side of my car is black!

Summarize your bug Some cars in my garage get this constant bug where the stickers on the car turn completely black and it looks awful. Worst of all is the other players can see this bugged wrap, if the wrap looked bugged to me but looked alright to everyone else it would be less of an issue, but this is not the case.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I own 65 cars in multiplayer, at least 5 of them exhibit this bug, it's usually on cars with stickers/decals, plain cars are unaffected. Reward cars and cars from the custom tab are unaffected so long as I don't edit the default wrap.
What happens when the bug occurs? Ugly bugged wraps turning dark/black on the right side of the car, often affecting the central parts of the car including the hood and bumpers.
What do you expect to see? The wrap looking like it should all round
