Xbox game cloud does not load my current NFS:U progress and starts me from 0

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, I understand that NFS:Unbound has crossplay, right?

I have my Xbox account linked to my EA Games account and I just got the gamepass ultimate, so I played NFS:Heat, and it loaded my progress normally.

But when I opened NFS:Unbound it didn't ask me for any access and it didn't sync my progress that I currently have on my pc, it started me from 0.

Is there any way I can sync my NFS:Unbound account with my current progress I have on my PC in EAGames APP to the Xbox cloud?

Sorry if you don't understand much of what I wrote, I just used a translator to write this post.

Nah they still haven't figured it out. I can load my steam profile on Xbox. They lying its their ea app. It blocks the sync.

Thats the dumbest **bleep** I've ever heard. Yall are partnered with Xbox and several other companies promising sync between pc and Xbox. But you're saying its not true? Why is it i can start a new account on a separate account on my steam account and it will load over to Xbox? Seems its a your app thing is the problem rather than platform. You guys can't figure it out over there?

Hi @Dreytozz

First, to confirm CrossPlay and CrossProgression are 2 separate game features, any game is required to have these features built-in.

Cross-play - You can play with players on different platforms

Cross-progression - Your progress will go with you to different platforms.

If you started playing NFS Unbound on Steam or the EA app and moved over to an Xbox or the Xbox Cloud Beta (which uses Xbox saves) your progress will not move over as NFS Unbound does not have cross-progression.
