Xbox game pass EA Play

So, I buyed Xbox Game Pass for playing NFS unbound and i dont receive the rewards of EA PLAY the problem i see here is im buyed NFS Unbound in Epic Store idk whats wrong but i paid game pass for the ...

    Hey @Guasiii 

    To confirm NFS Unbound does not support Cross-Platform save, so you should see the EA play rewards on the Xbox only. 

    That being said if you have fully restarted the game on your Xbox (including from quick resume) and do not see your cars in the garage, I would recommend reaching out to our support to have a look at your account.

Hi @Guasiii, To confirm you have Xbox Game Pass, and you purchased NFS Unbound via the Epic Game store, but do not see the EA play rewards on either platform?

That´s rigth sir, time ago i bought NFS unbound in Epic Store but recently i buyed de Xbox Game Pass and i linked from my xbox account to EA Account and i didn´t receive the rewards of EA Play gives for be part of Xbox Game Pass so idk whats wrong, i linked all my accounts to Xbox, can you help me with that?
