"Your account has been restricted"

how is this even possible? i just started the game, i've received no prior warnings in my email and this is what i get?

@EA_Lanna nvm i seem to have solved it by subbing to ea play pro, i can connect online now

imy ea play comes from xbox pass, so online should work if i launch it from xbox app

Hi @Spectre1406,

Online restrictions could point to a few different things, like technical issues or having a child EA account, and not necessarily a ban.

To rule out technical issues, please follow the troubleshooting advice in this article: "Troubleshoot your connection to EA games "
If the error message remains after trying those, please double-check the Date of Birth on your EA account to verify if it's been input correctly (you can see your EA account's DOB here).
