As An Offline Player This Game Hurts

Never in my time of playing EA NHL have I seen some lackluster effort put into the offline modes. Presentation was a huge W in the trailer, just to be intentionally scrapped! Already have started the process of requesting a refund and I have never done that for any game I have bought! Games only worth buying when cross-play comes out if you plan on playing EASHL. Huge disappointment for many of us who like to play offline... NHL 24 please put some effort into BAP and Franchise mode! Make the game worth a AAA price again! This isn't even worth $40...Until something is done see you later EA Sports NHL. Just lost a longtime customer!
