Actually it's square on Playstation... And it's annoying if you use hybrid cause if they pop the puck in the middle of your shot, it's an auto penalty.

Weird, I thought Stick Lift was mapped to the same button on both consoles, and that would make it X on playstation.
Square is wrist/snap shot/stick lift on hybrid. My mistake on skill stick though (I just looked), it is X... they can't they use universal mapping across control types.. uggg
this should be fixed in NHL 23 and not later releases. Same with the hit bubble. It is super broken atm.
It's not getting fixed. Nothing of gameplay will receive any fixing/changing. They have never addressed it is broken and/or being looked into. Pretty certain NHL 24 will be treated the same way also after it launches.
