Black screen and edit lines in strategy not working

Product: NHL 23
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Migwrx
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My back screen goes black when i enter a game to select controller side
What happens when the bug occurs? Most of the screen goes black and all i can see is the X-factors moving around the screen
What do you expect to see? To be able to play
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here All of them
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) All the time
What is your time zone?
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.
What is your game language? English

Please fix your game and provide proper roster updates the game is so broken that charging $100.00 CAD should be a crime

    Hi @migwrx can we first try to Clear the PS5 cache with a restart and check if this continues?

    Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:  

    • Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.   
    • Select "Turn Off PS".   
    • Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.  
    • Restart the PlayStation.

    It fixed the problem but not the issue about changing player responsibilities in strategies under edit lines.

    the first power play line will let me adjust who does what role or face player location. But it freezes when i try to change that on any other line.

    i also think you guys could manage roster updates a lot better. Players from these years draft playing in the ahl are still not in the game but some are. 

    you guys should consider using the fifa engine for trades and contract sign it would add to the franchise storyline and allow for some emotion when playing this game that has not improved in the last 6 years
