What are you trying to do when running into an error/ getting stuck? Start a game
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Nothing
How often does the bug occur? It occurs on the first game I play everytime
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put the console in sleep mode while in franchise mode, then came back and start a game

Hi @MichaelRDavidson No worries, this information just helps us better understand whats happening and give more accurate support. To check do you typically launch from the console's quick resume feature or from it being completely shut down?

It's usually just quick resume.  Which I've started to notice it occurs everytime on the first game after quick resume, and requires a full restart. 

Lol, yes.  That's what I'm saying the issue is.
