Abhishek2 from EA pulled the fake disconnect on me.
But he asured this special guy Will resolve this shortly....
This special guy Will now according to my previous experience just close my case in 1-2 days

GG game over.. How can this support system be able to runt this degenerate.
Why was i denied a refund when i did not recieve what was guaranteed? I do not understand... Its just weird from a gigantic company?
Look its even IMPOSSIBLE to pulled this card at yesterdays date as it is an old PRIMETIME CARD..

In total i got 8000+ hut coins stuck since before. I gave them EVERYTHING they needed.. 20+ documents and I wsx forced to get a signed document from local bank who I freaking even gave you guys.. But then again same things repeat itself.
First status: waiting for player in 1 hr
Then status olayer not responding next 1hr
Then POOF status can't be fixed.. 1hr later
Now it hapend exactly the same routine.

Dang it. I'm a grown man and played all nhl back to the first Nintendo version.
It freaking weird but it hurts inside of me to be treated like this by a damn game haha.. I never imagined that they would act like cheap careless scammers. My past 4 years I put a lot of money cuz I do love to play it. And I like to think they do care about treating ANY customers fair big or small.
But somewhere it went wrong and it do hurt me inside. I did always believe someone from the NHL team would at some point help my case once it made it through all these filters of very bad support. But I guess there is none left. I don't want a sound weird.. But i trusted yoy guys til the end that good people will somehow show up eventually in every case. But none stepped up at any point.
My biggest fear is they think I'm fooling them somehow. But there is nothing but truth from my side. And I would not waste my time and my family's time doing that.
And this case is so bloody obvious it's a no brainer that. But ye they just don't care and it's time to realise that.

We were able to get the pack issue addressed and have sent you a replacement. Can you confirm it was received and a 90+ player was in it?
