Can’t load into EASHL game

I can’t load into an EASHL. We load into the pre game lobby with the other team and it just loads until a get a message that says error or not enough players in the lobby. I can play a drop in no problem, but even the other players on my team have no problem getting into a game without me. Any suggestions?

    Trying to play EASHL the last few nights and my club is constantly getting stuck in the matchup screen.  It says "Starting Match" and then just sits there forever.  Is this being fixed anytime soon?

    @jalilbaliseh This has been a common experience for lots of players this year, myself included. It has got to be server related because i even get error codes when I try to play PRO-AM. Don't even get me started on cross play when you're in Club Mode. The guys I play club with just turn crosssplay off. BTW: might want to post this in TeCH issues.

    I have this problem every day in drop-in games: Others join the matchmaking dressing room, but the search engine doesn't look for matches. If I'm the room leader, when I try to cancel the search, everyone is stuck and we have to restart the whole game.  Anyone else have this issue?

    If any of you are on Xbox, try this -

    Clear persistent storage -

    • Press the Guide button on your controller
    • Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage
    • Hit Clear Persistent Storage

    Also, Clear your alternate MAC address with these steps -

    • Go to your Xbox Settings
    • Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    • Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Power cycle your console by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds. Then, unplug the power cord for at least 10 seconds. Plug back in and start up your console.

    @EA_Aljo Adding some information to this:

    My club is having the exact same issue. Everything looks normal until the actual game is supposed to start, that's when it gets stuck in the matchup screen.

    When there's just two of us searching for games, we get into games maybe once per ten tries. When all three search for games, we haven't succeeded to get into a game even once.

    We have tried 6v6 club finals and 3v3 club finals without success. We also get error messages trying to start a practice scrimmage together.

    We are able to successfully play together in drop-in games though, so whatever it is only seem to happen in club games.

    My nhl23 experience is going absolutely horrible, I can’t play a damn game and I know a bunch of people are behind me, get these servers fixed so we can enjoy our hard earned moneys worth of this game please!!!!!!
