in World of chel I am completely unable to ready up when I get in the club lobby, can’t press any buttons at all. Can’t even back out to main world of chel screen. I’m on Xbox Series X and this has been an issue through the technical test/playtest and now the actual game. Fix this ASAP, can’t even play with my friends and this issue was reported by multiple people and EA has done nothing about it

PS5. Every day, many times there is a bug that in the room when choosing a layout, the game freezes. Constantly having to reboot the room. It's been several years now. Already funny
Community ManagerWe're aware of this happening when you try to edit a loadout from the lobby. I don't know when this will be resolved so it would be good to edit loadouts from outside the lobby.

Community ManagerAre you saying you're editing your player when not in a lobby and this is happening? If you have a video of this, that would help understand what you're doing to cause this error.
I don't edit the player. I'm just trying to select one of the layouts from a list. then the bug happens
I am experiencing the exact same issue in NHL 24 for Xbox One. Did you find a fix, none of the EA rep replies have been helpful
Community ManagerDo you have any special characters in your player's name? If so, remove them and try again.
