Try these steps instead -
- Open the official EA website on a browser.
- Click on the person icon on the top-right corner of the screen to sign in.
- Click on the PlayStation icon and enter the necessary details to sign in using the PSN account.
- Once this is done, you will be asked to link your EA account with your PSN ID. You will need to connect these accounts in order to solve the issue.
- Lastly, access your account information by clicking on the person icon again. Here, you can head to the connections section at the bottom to confirm if your PSN is account linked successfully. Other info about your account can also be found here. If you are already signed in to you EA account, you can simply sign out and re-login with you PSN account to link them. Following all of these steps correctly should solve the SSL error.

Hi,
I've tried everything included unlinking and re linking my account again through EA. I restarted my router, reset my Mac address, changed my DNS, hard wired my Xbox and completed a hard reset of my system. I'm still getting a network connection issue saying I'm unable to connect due to internet problems or servers being down. I'm extremely frustrated with my experience so far and want this resolved as soon as possible. My friend that lives nearby is having no issues connecting.

We're not aware of any issues currently that would be causing this. Did you also power cycle your console or only your router? Both should be done with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
