Club Members left in Lobby when starting a game

I am having an issue where I start a game in 3v3 clubs with 2 of my club members and one of them gets left in the lobby when we start. They get an error code and it says members in game for the rest ...

I actually didn't try any other modes just 3v3 clubs. I am playing on xbox series s

Did anyone have custom gamerpics? If so, remove them and use default ones. Let me know if that helps or not.

    None of us have custom gamer pics. We've all power cycled our xbox too and it still won't work. If I invite them to the lobby through xbox menu it occasionally works but 90% of the time it doesn't.

      Thanks for the response. Have everyone also power cycle their modems. It would be best to follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. 


      If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

      Go to your Xbox Settings
      Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
      Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
