None of us have custom gamer pics. We've all power cycled our xbox too and it still won't work. If I invite them to the lobby through xbox menu it occasionally works but 90% of the time it doesn't.
Community ManagerThanks for the response. Have everyone also power cycle their modems. It would be best to follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
