Community ManagerWe're aware of this issue, but I don't have an update on it. When there is one, it'll be relayed here as well as on our official channels. I definitely understand that controller vibration is a very big deal to you. However, it's a lower priority compared to bigger issues.
I get that you guys have a lot on your plate but after experiencing this issue I looked back and you guys have had complaints about this going all the way back to the beginning of October for NHL 22! Thats over a full year to solve the issue but nothing has been done
- @CooWoo15 Yeah that is my issue with the “there are bigger problems” statement. Yeah there are bigger issues, but this one is going on a year now. Like if it had been fixed at any point in 22 the carryover code to 23 wouldn’t have made it a continuing issue. I’m guessing they just have no idea how to fix it without breaking other things.

I understand this is frustrating, but it's also one we receive a small number of reports on. Which means, there are bigger issues that need to be handled first. In the meantime, the best I can advise is to use a different controller. As far as I know, this is just an issue with the Elite Series 2.
