I recently moved to the series X version of nhl 23 after having no issues with the last gen version. Now I have a problem with the app crashing to dashboard mid eashl game. I've tried hard resetting my console and router, reinstalling the game to internal storage, turned off 4k and hdr and made sure I've got the latest rosters selected, but nothing seems to help.

i wanted to ask you before i do the storage clear i do have xbox Game Pass will that save my games before i do the storage clear? Also which of the storage clear options do i hit ? It shows 'Clear local xbox 360 storage and Clear local saved games '
i was just worried i would lose all my games etc that's why i checked back with you last night . This is a nightmare trying to solve this problem on a console i have only two years .

You will not lose your games. It's possible you will lose any offline saves though. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but it's not something I will guarantee.
