Custom Franchise AHL Team Control

@EA_Aljo @EA_Barry I think the custom Franchise mode is a great idea and I am looking forward to jumping into it soon. One thing I found concerning is the lack of ability to control the AHL teams. ...

I don't have any news on this, but with updates for NHL 23 complete, I don't see any further changes coming.
