Flickering screen issue

Same problem, seeing this problem showed half a year ago I can see that nobody is trying to fix this.. 

I’m still getting this error. Currently getting it in EASHL 3s drop in. How has this not been fixed yet?! Its so distracting to play as your screen is flickering / glitching. 

It does it in game and in lobby. 

It even shows up on videos shared directly from ps5

Would it be possible to try a different HDMI cable? I really want to rule that out. We get very few complaints about this so it's possible that's what it's related to. If you do this, make sure it's a premium cable. Thanks!

Its not my hdmi cable. It happened on my ps4 as well. I’m using the hdmi cable that came with the ps5 which is a different one from when I had my ps4. 

This is the only game I have issue with the display. And the glitch shows up when the gameplay video is saved. So if it was an hdmi issue that would be just visual on my end not show up in the saved in the gameplay video - but it does. Meaning its an in game issue. 

It happens more in drop in, playoffs, and any other outdoor rink.. and it still hasn’t been patched/fixed. 

How is this seriously not fixed?? You get multiple complaints about a FLICKERING SCREEN and you just to blame the hdmi cable before just going silent? You guys are trying to purposely bury this game, right?

It's because they released an unfinished game, with plenty of bugs from last year as well as new issues. There are waaay to many existing bugs for this to be considered a "complete game" but they still want to sell it to us twice for retail even though there is no difference besides maybe visually... It's very disappointing and frustrating that they do the bare minimum to this series every year
