Franchise Mode information: should you buy it?(100% don’t buy it)

I purchased it for the female hairstyles alone since those are important for me, personally.  I fully expect the one new feature to be completely buggy and not be corrected this year even.  Unless there are surprises I don't think we are going to see that the game is generally a good idea for people to sink money into unless they haven't bought a game in 5 years or sink $500+ into HUT.
