Game is broken and so is support, what is going on?!

Did EA lay off all the advisors? I can't start a chat no matter what options I try and I'm not getting email replies despite a promise for contact within 72 hours. My cases just get marked as solved ...

Only in online modes. (Champs, rivals)

The wierd thing is, that one game its like this the wole game. Im double tapping every time to get a "quick" pass away.

Then the next game, everthing is fast paced, shots and passes register right away. 

Next game again, its back to "normal"

Only a few games really feel great
