I should have got ultimate but recieved platinum rewards
I merged your posts to the already existing thread on this. The Rivals rewards issue has been resolved, but if we have any other news on this, we'll provide an update.
Wrong rewards,I've received my rewards and I was at ultimate level in tier 3 not great but that's not the rewards I received I only got the option for 25000 coins and or tradeable or untradable packs which are not the right packs for ultimate level in tier 3.i have not claimed them it is two elite packs and two players packs these are wrong even coin is wrong please fix this.
I have gotten the wrong packs in nhl 23 hut rivals. I got 2 premium players packs and 2 players packs but I was supposed to get two jumbo nhl players packs and two mega players packs. I don’t care if I don’t get the exact packs but I would like some sort of re payment
I was ultimate in div. 2 and they gave me the lowest rewards possible 13.000 coins . When in reality it should have been 80.000 coins when I saw the rewards for my div an ranking
Yeah... This is definitely NOT rivals ultimate rewards for Division 3.

I had the exact same thingbhappen to me except I was 1 level below ultimate but received the lowest coins possible?!?!? What a terrible start to this game. It's made me decide not to invest any money into it whatsoever from here on in......
