Community ManagerCan you take a screenshot of the page with the error? Also, if you just copy the YouTube link into the message, it should automatically display the video.
This is how I do it.
1. Upload to Youtube
2. Go to your channel, pick the video you want to post here
3. Click Share, it will give you a condensed link to use. Copy this. Head over to AHQ and open up a regular compose message.
4. Click "Insert Video" and then "From the Web". I use from the web because "From Computer" makes things small and sometimes causes errors.
5. Paste the link you saved. Remove the s from "Https". I don't know why, it just works. Click preview so a new drop down menu appears.
6. Here you'll see a preview of the video you posted. Medium is best for pictures but for videos you always want to select "Large". Click Insert Video.

I really would have liked to embed my YT videos in my posts, but as per @TTZ_Dipsy explanation, I don’t even have a (Insert Video) button…
Was it removed ? I’m on IPAD, is it only available on PC ?

I had a friend try with their 8th gen and it worked normally but another with a 6th gen ipad said there no options.
It looks like you'll need to switch to PC or mobile to fully imbed your videos. You should still be able to just copy/paste the YT URL though; it will show up as a hyperlink but at least others can still view the content.
Edit: I forgot: Are you using quickreply or the regular reply button? Seems like quickreply will offer no options
