I can give you feedback on that but since I already tested more than 8 ISPs in different regions of Germany I don't have much hope.

Starte das Spiel mal offline, du wirst sehen dass es nichts mit deiner Verbindung zutun hat. Du kannst auch 100 verschiedene Profile ausprobieren, du wirst immer das selbe ergebnis haben.
Da es offline auch der selbe mist ist, kann ich mit mein halbwissen sogar sagen dass es nur eine fehlerhafte Datei sein kann, das ein patch oder ein livetuning verursacht. Der Pech hat, bei dem läuft es immer schlecht, der Glück hat, braucht garnichts an seinem router einstellen, bei dem läuft es problemlos.
