Is online versus 120hz or 60hz
Is online versus 120hz or 60hz? Reason I’m asking is I’m about to upgrade my tv and wondered if I’d benefit from a hdmi 2.1 120hz tv or just wasting my money cause all I play is online versus NHL on PS5?

This game is 60fps.
- @JFreeze618 HDMI 2.1 is a no brainer for any next gen console. Variable Refresh rate, etc.
- @JFreeze618 My brother in christ... if you play ANY other games besides NHL on your PS5, please get a 2.1 capable TV. Better yet, get a 240hz monitor (or 144hz). Games like Doom Eternal, the modern Call of Duty games, the new God of War: they all are capable of doing 120hz on a PS5 with the right TV. I have the Samsung Q80T and it's one of the best TVs for frame rate and refresh time BUT I wouldn't necessarily recommend it because it has some ghosting issues if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.
If I had the money, I'd DEFINITELY go with the LG C series OLED. They are the most beautiful panels I've seen and they do 120hz. They're just a tad expensive (I think like $1500).
