Latest NHL 23 patch is crashing frequently

Community ManagerCan you give me some more details? When is the crash occurring? Are you playing the PS4 version on PS5?
Try rebuilding your database with the steps here. Also, restore your licenses with these instructions. Thank you.

i have only nhl23 installed on my ps5 nhl23 on ps5 and nhl23 ps4
i have no probs with ps4 all work on nhl3ps4 alll is ok no probs

Thanks for getting back to me. Did you try rebuilding the database and restoring licenses as I suggested previously? Also, if you haven't power cycled with these steps, try it now: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

As a test, can you try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? Again, this is just as a test. I'd like to see if a different connection works.
