No. This isn't what happens. We listen to feedback and act on a lot of it. There are changes made with every game because of community input. I was trying to give you some more details on our reasoning behind changes. The community here is very frequently asking for more transparency and I'm trying to do more of that for you all. We aren't against the community. We are here trying to work with you. We're trying to listen and participate in your conversations. This wouldn't be happening if we were trying to twist everything against you all. I wouldn't even be here if we didn't care about the feedback you all provide.

I'm sorry, but you ( not you Aljo, but the EA "you" ) have absolutely failed at making this community feel like it's being listened to. Gameplay bugs and exploitable mechanics are left in the game for years at a time. Problems are "passed along" with no further feedback on if they might be fixed or why they might not be. And we're basically forced to buy each year's release in the hopes that the problems that plagued the previous release might be fixed without adding even bigger problems on top of them.
This radio silence from the devs because EA is unwilling to moderate it's own forums has lead to a massive gulf between the community and the dev team to the point where there's little to no trust left. There are plenty of people here who provide good, respectful feedback with video evidence who would be able to have constructive conversations with the dev team if allowed.
I've yet to hear anyone say the gameplay is good haha!
I love hearing 2bc rip apart the game when other Youtubers blow smoke up EA's ........well you know.
The game is in an embarrassing state.

Changes are made based on this feedback. It might be more subtle. Like, for example, you now slow down when ragging the puck. This took a long time to get in the game because there really hasn't been a good solution for it. Something needed to be done though and this, while it might not be perfect, is one that directly came from the community providing a lot of feedback, but also took a long time to implement. Again, fixing bugs can often open up more issues so they can take a lot longer to address.
The dev team is understandably hesitant to interact here. They have provided exceptional insight into the game and then get people calling them liars. Nobody wants to be treated this way. While most people were respectful, the amount of hateful comments just makes it not a good use of their time. It's better to spend that time instead gathering feedback and working to implement that in the game. I would love to see our communication improve and I'm fighting for that, but I also get why we're so hesitant to open things up more. This thread is a good example of that. I've had my own words twisted in to different meanings. That really doesn't motivate us to pull someone from working on the game to spending hours of their time providing detailed responses to just get a lot of non-constructive and hateful comments.
This thread needs to remain on topic. It's about feedback for the new patch. If this doesn't happen, we'll be quick to shut this down. There were numerous complaints about locking one of the previous patch threads so we'll give this one a chance to get back on track. Please keep it on topic so this can remain open.

I second this ! The game is the cheapest it has been since it was released, I could get it for 54$ Canadian right now but since there’s no Full presentation still I’m not going to bother. Based on all the other issues outside of presentation that others have in here it seems like I’m saving myself the frustration.
Community ManagerUnfortunately, it's time to lock this thread. The idea here was to get feedback on the patch itself. It's apparent that's not going to happen and it hasn't even released. A new thread will be started specifically for feedback when the patch releases.
