Nope it did not fix it updated my Nhl 23 I still have it I can only play goalie and eashl if I click any other position it won’t let me

I have to account and they both don’t work they both have the same problem

I forgot that I had an outlook account and I just saw the messages you guys were msg me I don’t know why this problem keeps happening I have two accounts so this one a the jcassidy69 and they both don’t work still have the problem only can play goalie

Let's make sure you have the update. View the game details to check the version number. It should say 1.3. To see it, highlight the NHL 23 tile and hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button. Then, choose Manage game and add ons. It should say 1.3.0.0. If you see that, go through a full power cycle with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

It's an odd issue for sure. I know this sounds weird, but do you have the latest roster update? If not, try downloading it and try again.

Thanks for doing that. Next, try changing all of the gear on your player. Helmet, gloves, stick, etc. If that still doesn't work, change your head, hair, eyes, etc. Let's see if that helps.
