NHL 23 freezes when entering game mode on XBOX Series S

I picked up NHL 23 for xbox series S last weekend. It was working fine until last night when HUT game modes were freezing after selecting sides. I tried restarting and receive an error that I was not...

Hi there, @hoser198477 

I'd like you to try deleting the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
