NHL 23 Ultimate Team Failed to Retrieve Data

I can play any other mode fine, but whenever I try to start my ultimate team when I click open pack I get the failed to retrieve data message. I’ve tried restarting my wifi, clearing the MAC address,...

    Hey, @VermonsterVT 

    Try using a different team name. It's possible that this is happening when a name is chosen that is already in use. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

    What u do...do u go into nhl 22 a change name 1st to download to nhl23 I played the trial a now my team won't download from  nhl22 to nhl23

    Unfortunately, you can't import your team from NHL 22. You'll need to start a new one in NHL 23.

    @EA_Aljo Why can't I everyone I know has ..a it states u can .every game u even get a bonus for playing the year b4 ect as u know ...please explain..

    You can migrate your team from NHL 23 on Xbox One/PS4 to Xbox Series X/PS5. Help for that can be found here. 

    It is not possible to import your team from NHL 22 to NHL 23.

    @EA_Aljo When I did trial it pulled my team from 22 a also gave me a bonus for playing other years forget what it was called...but now after I bought I didn't recieve the option a don't have anything from trial ..how do I check if I still have my Xbox one 23 data to migrate

    @t898c8iwn4s6 I looked at my download it was only checked for series x not both I checked xbox one a am downloading it now hopefully I'll have my old data

    Your team from NHL 22 will not import. This has never been possible. You can only import a team from NHL 23 on Xbox One to Xbox Series X and only if a team was not already created on your Series X.

    What was the fix? I can’t fix it no matter if I change my name or not. Help please this is getting frustrating

    If you're getting this error when trying to create your team, try adding some additional characters to make it different. This will happen when you choose a name that is already in use.

    I have done everything you tole me to nothing works change names to random letters doesent deleted all my data didn't work what do you want me to do im on xbox series s user is FEARLESSMRXJR
