Error Failed to retrieve data

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? ilikepiesomuch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All of a sudden when I upgraded my X factors I got an error failure to retrieve information
What happens when the bug occurs? An error message pops up and it disconnects me from ultimate team.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play hut champs but I can’t
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hockey ultimate team
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:50 pm
What is your time zone? AGT (BET) - GMT - 3:00
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.
What is your game language? English

this error message is occurring every time I go into hut champs

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • Same issue. Tried to power cycle and did the steps you suggested. Nothing works
