Community ManagerDid you go into those modes on Xbox One before you loaded into them on Series X?
This was after installing the series X version first and trying for a few days to get the extras to show up, which they were not, i attempted to uninstall/reinstall which still did not work. I decided to try and see what would happen on the Xbox one version and I get a popup about the BAP extras on the first time loading in. The points also were added to my account ( i think the ones you spend for HUT stuff? I only play BAP and CHEL so they are all still there, i havent spent them).

Will do, although it still seems to not be working on the series x. should i try to reinstall the game? or am i stuck with the way it is?
Community ManagerI'm looking into this, but I'm not hopeful. Those items should go to the console you first accessed WoC on, but that didn't happen in your case apparently. When I have some news, I'll report back.
