When playing nhl 23 online on Xbox s it leggs for a bit then kicks me out and says I lost connection with the other player. I already cleared the Mac and disconnected the modem. I’ve also tried to uninstall the game * the Xbox off and reinstall the game and that still didn’t resolve the issue. I play battlefield 2042 and no issue. I’m also running 5ghz for my online. Please someone tell me what’s going on. I love this game!!

It sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to using a wire or is your router too far away? If your router is too far away, can you move close enough to a wire just as a test to see if there's a difference?

Community ManagerYes. Please try using a wire. Even with 100% signal, wireless is very susceptible to interruption. It's just not a stable connection that is good for games like NHL 24.

Community ManagerDid you power cycle your equipment when switching to a wire? If not, try that with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely.

I edited my lines and ever since this has been happening and it’s a couple week now and I phoned Xbox also
Community ManagerInteresting this started happening after you edited your lines. Try creating a new lineup and set it to active. Then try playing again.
