NYR goal song
When playing be a pro the goal song doesn’t play in be a pro but in play now and franchise mode it does? Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix?

@EA_Aljo What he’s saying is a Be a Pro specific issue and its not just a NYR issue, but all teams, regardless of whether they have an official goal song in the game or a generic song for goals. A random track is played instead of either the official song or the generic song that’s supposed to be played, very much like how it was in NHL 08 I believe and titles prior to that.
I could easily get a video of this by booting up my CBJ Be a Pro save and clipping the first home goal and asking if the song played should be playing

Community ManagerOnly the NY Rangers have their official goal song in the game so other teams will use the other songs already in the game.
@EA_Aljo Even the teams who don’t have their official song in the game, the track that is played is randomly selected and could be one of many. For example, the track that consistently plays for Columbus in other modes does not play consistently in Be a Pro, it’ll play other tracks at random, like NHL games did prior to NHL 08, I think.
I have to stress this isn’t a huge issue, but does dilute the experience somewhat.
We’ve spoken about this directly anyway and it’s now with the team to resolve, so all that can be done now is wait for a fix.

Thanks for the feedback on this. It is intended to have a random song play when there is no official song available. We just don't have the rights to all of the real goal songs.
@EA_Aljo Yes, I’m aware of what official songs you have.
I do have clips from NHL 23 in Play Now mode that argue against your statement that a random song is played. 2 goals from the same game by CBJ at home, same song is played. I’ll clip more if necessary to validate this and void any chance that the same song just played was a coincidence.
We’ve already reported it’s a mode specific bug
I’ll say no more now since I don’t like to repeat myself a whole lot. Ever played a broken record stuck on the same few words? Gets irritating after whiles, doesn’t it 😆
