Interesting. A teammate of mine in EASHL on PS5 is having a different issue with passing. There will be stretches of time where any pass attempt goes 180 degrees away from where he's aiming. I've never experienced it, and I suppose it could be a controller issue ( it would be nice to be able to see the controller overlay in instant replays *cough* ) but he says he doesn't experience anything like it in any other games he plays. I wonder if this is at related to what you are seeing.

Haven't had this issue yet. The aim is a bit different from '22, but for the most part everything seems similar.
Are you canceling passes when you have to re-aim them? Are you using both thumbsticks to aim? Are you paying attention to which hand you're releasing from?
I've noticed there are a lot of casual players who seem to have trouble with controlling their individual skaters, particularly in drop-in games.
It took me a while to master a few years ago, but running a free skate with the pass aim visuals on allowed me to practice aiming passes, sauces, dumps and area passes. It's also fun to practice elusive movement and puck protection animations.
Maybe it's there though. Haven't noticed.

@EA_Aljo can you confirm this worked on, as this is a game breaking bug when even your basic control inputs doesn’t work consistently.

Hello, everyone. What control scheme is being used? I've heard of this problem with hybrid controls, but is it also happening with Skill Stick controls? Does anyone have some video? I realize you can't see the button being pressed, but it's usually obvious when you're trying to pass. If someone can get a video showing this, I'll pass it on to the team.
